Return & Exchange Policy

At ReBuy Apparel, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom apparel and products. Because many of our items are made specifically for you, our return policy is slightly different from standard retail.

Custom & Personalized Items

All personalized and custom-decorated items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error or defect on our part.

If your order has an issue caused by us—such as:

  • Incorrect item, size, or color
  • Printing, embroidery, or decoration errors
  • Defective or damaged product

We will gladly replace or remake the item at no cost to you.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Non-Custom (Blank) Items

Non-decorated, non-custom items may be returned or exchanged if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Return is requested within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Sizing Responsibility

Because all custom items are made to order:

  • Customers are responsible for selecting correct sizes
  • We strongly recommend reviewing sizing charts before ordering

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing unless the mistake was made by ReBuy Apparel.


Order Approval

By approving your order (including proofs, mockups, or order details), you acknowledge that:

  • All details are correct
  • The order will be produced as approved

ReBuy Apparel is not responsible for errors that were approved prior to production.
